First Work Day 2024

Lots of great work was done at our first Work Day on Saturday 2nd March. Grass was cut (yes really), hedges also cut, picnic tables were refurbished, front of the club and balcony jet washed, handrail to the lounge deck was rebuilt, and racing marks were assembled. Massive thanks to those who helped, the club is nothing without you.

The next work day is on Saturday 16th March starting at 10.00am. Weather permitting again, we'll concentrate on painting and generally getting everything ready for the season. Do come along and help if you're free, but even if you are busy in the morning please pop into the club in the afternoon as the bar will be open and the rugby will be on the TV. And of course you don't have to be a helper to enjoy Laura's cakes, but you probably want to get there early!!
