Welcome to Stone Sailing Club
Formed in 1949, Stone Sailing Club is located on the south shore of the Blackwater estuary and is a friendly and vibrant club. A wide variety of boats are sailed and raced at Stone SC, including dinghies, cats, keelboats, cruisers, windsurfers and cadet classes. The club offers racing from late March until mid December and has the great advantage of being able to launch from the beach at all states of the tide.
Stone Sailing Club regularly hosts open meetings and championships for all manner of dinghy, catamaran and keel boat classes. In the past four years we have hosted successful national championships for classes including Snipe, Shearwater, Streaker, RS600, Hurricane 5.9 SX, Blaze, Kestrel, Signet, K6, Dart 18 and Low Rider Moths.
