Festive Fundraising Feast

Many thanks to all that supported the Festive Feast in aid of Farleigh Hospice on Sunday 18th December. We were given some generous donations in the form of cash and raffle prizes, some from those unable to attend the event. Many club members gave time to help me with the food prep and Simon with the table and room decoration. Loads of you turned up to eat well and buy raffle tickets.
As a result we were able to follow the ethos of the hospice and spent the day, living our best life, and building another wonderful memory of SSC at its best.
We will be able to send off a donation to Farleigh of at least £2150!
Thank you so much for supporting the event and Farleigh, I am genuinely moved by the depth of community spirit generated, as well as all that lovely cash!
